We met at a block party on the first day of school for Northern Illinois University. After playing a few games of volleyball with friends, we all decided to go back to the dorms and watch some movies. From that point on, the two of us decided to hang out and study together more often, and eventually our relationship was set!

After a wonderful dinner at the Signature Room in Chicago, Tristan popped the question 95 floors above the city and Kristen said 'Yes'!
