Our Story

We met through our mutual love of Phish

We started dating in fall 2015. The Sedlocks invited us to their wedding, but our relationship was so new, we weren't even seated together!

Our first trip together was to see Phish in Mexico in early 2016. We had a BLAST!

We got our dog Bowie in 2017. He's a sweet, snuggly, goofy little goober and we can't imagine our life without him.

The odds were stacked against a Steelers fan and a Bears fan, but we made it work!

One of our favorite things to do is throw parties. Here we are dressed as Billy Madison and the penguin at our Halloween party in 2019. We can't wait to party with you at our wedding!

We love to travel together. In 2019, we traveled to Peru and visited Machu Picchu. It was absolutely breathtaking.

We got engaged on September 6, 2020. Kent proposed with a sapphire and then took Kristen to a jewelry shop to have a custom ring made.

Perhaps the most rewarding thing we've done together is become parents to our son, Elliott.
