We met at Glascott's for a drink before having our first date at Athenian Room in Chicago. BOOM... the rest is history!

Jeremy had tricked Kristen into thinking they were going to Mon Ami Gabi for a date night to celebrate Kristen's return back to Chicago after camping out in Arizona for 3 months. As their date night tradition goes, they went to 3 Arts Club to get a drink before. When they arrived, the hostess stated their table wasn't ready & recommended they check out the roof top area. As they got up there, Jeremy was very insistent they take a photo outside (in the middle of a Chicago February) & Kristen was not as thrilled about the idea of freezing. After Jeremy was high maintenance enough to make an employee go get a key to open the door, again it was February & normal people weren't going outside for pictures, we finally made it onto the rooftop overlooking Chicago. Jeremy immediately got down on one knee & asked Kristen to marry him, in which her response was absolutely! They did end up at Mon Ami Gabi after to continue the celebration, but the surprises didn't end there. Jeremy had all of their friends & family waiting at Glascott's, back where it all started, to celebrate! It was the best night ever & thank you to everyone who made it so special, can't wait for the real deal in April!
