Transportation from the Airport to your Hotel
For those of you flying into MCO (Orlando International Airport), the Magic Express that used to shuttle back and forth to Disney is no longer. Thankfully, there are a few new options: 1.) Mears Connect provides reasonably priced transportation to and from the airport to your hotel. It is $16 one-way for an adult and $13.50 one-way for a child when you choose the standard option. It is $250 for those of you that want to book a private express ride for four people with Mears Connect and an extra $55 per additional passenger. You can make your reservations for the Standard or Express shuttle by clicking the view button below. 2.) The Sunshine Flyer is another shuttle service that will take you from the airport to your resort. It costs $17 one-way for an adult and children from ages 3-9 years old are $12.50 one-way. Please visit their website using this link https://sunshineflyer.com/ to book your reservation. 3.) Uber and Lyft are always available but the price varies depending on many different factors. It can cost anywhere from $35 for an UberX to $50 one-way for an UberXL. Uber Black with a reserved car seat will run from $100-$120. 4.) Rental cars are a good option for those of you who plan on staying off of the Disney property, want to go to Universal Studios or to other places in Orlando, or those of you who want the convenience of your own car. Disney has just announced that self-parking at the resorts is now complimentary for guests. ** As mentioned under Bippity Boppity Bus, there will be transportation provided to and from the ceremony so don’t worry about how you will get there and back!

Catch the BIppidity Boppity Bus to the Ceremony!

Okay so it’s not actually called the Bippity Boppity Bus, but there will be buses coming to your hotel to pick you up (if you are staying on Disney property) for the ceremony and that will bring everyone to the reception afterwards. Disney also has many different ways to travel between the hotels/parks including the monorail (only stops at select hotels), busses, and the skyliner. Below you will find the schedule for shuttle times for each hotel. Please keep in mind, there are two separate shuttles with different routes. Find your time and location below. Schedule - Route One: 1:30 pm - Port Orleans Resort - pick up at Riverside Main Lobby 1:50 pm - Old Key West Resort - pick up at Main Lobby 2:10 pm - Sheraton Vistana Resort Schedule - Route 2: 1:30 pm - Grand Floridian Resort - pick at Main Lobby 1:50 pm - Polynesian Resort - pick up at Main Lobby 2:10 pm - All Star Movies - pick up at Main Lobby Additionally, we ask that you arrive at your pick up location at least 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time as these shuttles only come once, and are keeping a tight schedules. If you have any trouble, there will be an assigned Disney Cast Member in each hotel lobby to help you locate the shuttles and help with any questions you may have. If for some reason you miss the shuttles, the best option would be to Uber to Corpus Christi Catholic Church at 1050 Celebration Avenue, Florida, 34747, keeping in mind the ceremony starts promptly at 3 pm.
