Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will leave the Hilton at 4:45pm to the Wedding Ceremony at the Palm House. Following the reception, a shuttle will drop off guests at Franklin Park and the Hilton.

Are kids allowed?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue as the reception is adults only.

What are the COVID requirements?

Answer

New York City implemented a new vaccine mandate for indoor dining, effective August 16th. This applies to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden as well as Colonie and Bacchus, our welcome drinks and brunch venues. Guests may comply with the mandate by showing proof of one shot of any Covid-19 vaccine. If you have not already, please text or e-mail a picture of your vaccination card to either one of us. In order to fully enjoy New York City over our wedding weekend, we also recommend that you keep proof of vaccination on your person or phone. Acceptable forms of documentation for restaurants, gyms, entertainment venues, and more include: Physical Vaccination Card; Photograph of Vaccination Card; NYC COVID Safe App; Excelsior Pass; CDC Vaccination Card; or NYC Vaccination Record.
