Long Island Aquarium
This is a local favorite with hundreds of animals -- from sharks and tropical fish to sea lions (the sea lion show is always a blast!!), penguins, otters and more. A few hours here goes by in a flash!
Jamesport Farm Brewery
Adorable outdoor brewery where all ingredients are grown on-site! There are often lots of lawn games outside and local food trucks.
Cupsogue Beach County Park
One of Kristen and Dash's favorite beaches, we hang out here with the Roubals each summer. Plus, you get to drive past some beautiful beach houses on Dune Road on the way there! This is approximately a 30 minute drive from the hotels in Riverhead.
RGNY
Our wedding venue!!! In addition to hosting our wedding, this is a beautiful winery with a huge lawn to sip wine on and a gorgeous tasting room if you prefer to stay out of the heat.
Riverhead Ciderhouse
This place is a blast, with ciders made from apples around New York and across the country (as well as beer and wine!). They also serve personal pizzas, sandwiches and other bites, and host a small retail space with goods from local Long Island artists and craftspeople.
