Shuttle Departure from Hotel
3:15 pm
1000 Far Hills Drive, New Freedom, PA 17349
"Bailey Coach" is our transportation service- it is a 40 passenger motor coach. Our driver will arrive to the hotel by 3:00pm and the shuttle will leave to head to the venue at 3:15pm. Please be outside the front lobby and on the bus by then if you would like to ride the shuttle.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Cocktail attire- buttoned shirts for men, no shorts please. You can wear your “nice jeans” if you must wear jeans but pants would be preferred. Ladies just wear your favorite dress! Whatever you wanna dance and party in!
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

There will be some tasty light snacks and cocktails while the bridal party takes some photos after the ceremony.

Shuttles from Pond View to Hotel

Three shuttle times will be available from Pond View back to the hotel. 9:00pm- for anyone who would like to leave a little early or maybe get back to check in to the hotel 10:15pm- will depart right after our 'sparkler send off' 11:00pm- this shuttle is primarily for the wedding party/ clean-up crew
