Our first date was at the Kidd Brewer Stadium. We both were super nervous and I, Krista wouldn't even look at Nate. He said he thought for sure I wouldn't ever go out with him again because I wouldn't even look at him! He had bought me flowers and we had a very cold and windy picnic on the bleachers of the stadium. We then sat in the trunk of his car and people watched and talked for the longest time!

First Date

We would always meet somewhere and go out on dates at overlooks or watch a movie in the car(Thanks COVID) So, the kids didn't meet until a couple months after we started dating. The first time was at Erica's house and we decided we were all going to camp in her yard(it was freezing that next morning) The kids instantly fell in love with him and they have never stopped loving him since that day. Makes my heart happy to have him in our lives!
