What are the meal choices?

Answer

We will have a plated menu, please indicate your meal choice on your RSVP. - New York Strip au Poivre with Fingerling Potatoes, Garlic Roasted Broccoli Rabe, Red Wine Reduction - Pan Seared Grouper with Parmesan Risotto, Roasted Tomatoes, Artichokes, Parmesan Broth - Crab Stuffed Shrimp with Stone Ground Yellow Grits - Kids Meal Chicken Tenders & Fries *The venue automatically provides kids meals to kids under the age of 12. Should you have a pickier child over the age of 12, the venue is allowing those kids to select the kids meal as well.

Will the cermony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors.

Answer

The cermony will take place outdoors, underneath the pavilion overlooking Taylor's Creek and the Rachel Carson Reserve. The cocktail hour and reception will be inside the Beaufort Hotel in the Rachel Carson Ballroom.

We plan to begin the ceremony promptly. 30 minutes should be sufficient to park and make your way to the ceremony location.

Is there parking available?

Yes. There is free and ample parking across the street from the Beaufort Hotel. The Beaufort Hotel also offers Valet Parking.
