Where are the wedding ceremony and reception located?
Answer
All wedding day events will be located at the Saint Charles Regional Airport - Smartt Field Airport. The address is 6390 Grafton Ferry Rd, Portage Des Sioux, MO 63373.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Transportation between the three hotels and the wedding venue is provided. Shuttles will operate on a tight schedule, so it's important to be punctual at the pick-up location. Please avoid waiting until the last shuttle to ensure everyone can travel comfortably on time. For Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles, shuttles depart at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. For Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City, shuttle departs at 2:30 PM. For Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Louis St. Charles, shuttle departs at 2:40 PM. Parking is free at Ameristar Casino in the Casino Garage, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Uber/Lyft rides are available but may be limited later in the night around the venue. Shuttles back to the hotels will run from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and will depart every 40 minutes.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Parking is available on site. If you choose to drive, please exercise caution, especially on windy roads. You're welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue and use the shuttles provided for transportation back to your accommodations. Remember, absolutely NO drinking and driving. Your safety and the safety of others are crucial. Let's all enjoy the celebration responsibly :)

The ceremony will be again at three thirty in the afternoon. Followed by a cocktail hour, dinner and dancing!

Unfortunately, unless stated on your rsvp, your desire to bring a guest can not be accommodated this time, but we are looking forward to seeing you there!

Answer
To allow all of our guests the opportunity to relax and let their hair down, we've chosen to make our big day adults only, besides those in the wedding party. We appreciate your willingness to make accommodations to come and celebrate with us!

Yes, our wedding will have an open bar. Disclaimer: This event will be heavily photographed, so any drunken shenanigans will be well documented for years to come :)

Semi-Formal to Cocktail Attire. Missouri weather can be temperamental, so be sure to bring a jacket in case it gets chilly!
