We’re getting married!

It all started with a conversation about Christian dating and marriage I had with his sister in law who I worked with. Two days after our conversation she came to me and said she had someone in mind for me, and I was so surprised!! Wale called me a couple days later and made fun of me using my diffuser to "decompress" after a long hard day at work :-) I can still remember how organic and fun our conversation was. We went out on our first date a couple weeks later and we've been together since. I believe without a shadow of a doubt that God placed my then coworker turned sister in law in my life to bring Wale and I together! He truly rewards those who wait upon Him!!!

Wale suggested we dress up and go to our favorite park to take pictures. I didn't think anything of it as we've done that a couple months earlier for my birthday. We got there and he lead me down a pathway which had a beautiful little area set up. As we were walking I saw one of my best friends and a photographer, and it was then that I realized he was about to propose. The excitement and shock was overwhelming. He is an answered prayer and the best yes I've ever said!
