What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:20 Ceremony will start at 4:30 PM so please try to be a little early to find a seat. We will have a bus leaving the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:50 and at 4:10 to head to the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Adults only Other than the flower girls and ring bearers, this will be an adults only event. We love your little ones and there are SO many in our world (not joking there are over 40 kids in our lives), and we look forward to celebrating with them another time!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes Please email KovachWedding2@gmail.com with any food allergy or vegan/vegetarian needs.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes If you're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, we will have a bus available. Departure times will likely be 3:45 and 4:10. The Best Western and Waterbird hotels are located right next to the venue (5-10 and 2 minute walk respectively)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes A very large parking lot is available at the venue
