What should we do in the event of a snow storm?

Answer

Snow is very possible in late January. In the event of a storm, plan to arrive at least a day early to ensure you're in town when the storm hits. New Hampshire is excellent at clearing roads, and very rarely needs to call a state of emergency.

All guests should dress formal.

Do I have to stay at the Common Man Inn?

Answer

No, there are a number of other hotels and motels nearby. Keep in mind that the Common Man Inn is just a few steps away from the venue, so it's by far the easiest.

Do guests get a hotel discount?

Answer

Guests staying at the Common Man Inn in Claremont should reserve their rooms no later than Nov. 1, 2024. When calling, be sure to tell the front desk that you are booking for the "Kourian-O'Brien wedding" to receive our group rate.

What parking options are there?

Answer

There is a dirt parking lot for wedding guest on Mill Road (take a left almost as soon as you turn onto Mill Road). There's also a parking garage across the street which is free for Common Man Inn guests.

What is the schedule for Wedding Day?

Answer

We are still working that out! But expect the ceremony to start in the afternoon, with the reception extending into the night.
