Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us on our big day. We are beyond thankful for each and every one of these people and couldn't imagine saying "I do" without them by our sides!

Karson Speth

Maid of Honor

How we met: The day she was born, we are sisters! Karson was the cutest blue-eyed baby you've ever seen and instantly became my mini BFF! One of her best qualities: Karson is one of the most intelligent people I know and full of creativity. She is wise in just about every area of life and is always thinking outside the box. I am extra appreciative for these qualities during the wedding planning process with her as my Maid of Honor!

Riley Stone

Bridesmaid

How we met: Riley and I met during Pre School at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. We instantly clicked and her family became my own and vice versa! One of her best qualities: Riley is fiercely loyal and would truly do anything for a friend. She has been there for me through all of life's ups and downs and I am so thankful we met at such a young age! Our core memories definitely stem from our high school experience - I could go on and on about our shenanigans as ASB President and Vice President. There wasn't a weekend where we weren't attached at the hip, if you saw Riley out and about, I was surely near by!

Amelia Thomas

Bridesmaid

How we met: Amelia (AKA Beels) and I met in 8th grade when we both happened to transfer to the same middle school and our friendship took off instantly. We have the best memories from then to high school and beyond, always making our friendship a priority throughout the many seasons of life! One of her best qualities: Amelia is extremely dependable! She is someone that would show up at the drop of a hat to be there for a friend. She listens, she cares, and she is protective over anyone that is important to her. We've been through so many phases of life together and these characteristics that I admire so much have always been constant in our friendship.

Chloe Runnels

Bridesmaid

How we met: Chloe and I met at The University of Arizona during our first week of freshman year. We both rushed the same sorority, Alpha Phi, and I vividly remember meeting her on bid day. A few days later, I discovered she was in the same dorm building as me, so we quickly started spending more and more time together. We have the best memories during our time in college including living together our senior year. One of her best qualities: Chloe is one of the most positive people I know! She always has the biggest smile on her face and her energy is infectious. You are guaranteed to have the best day ever if she's around!

Remington Koyl

Bridesmaid

How we met: Remi and I met when I came into this world - we are cousins! I've always looked up to her since the day I was born and wanted to copy anything and everything she did. We have the best childhood memories and she is truly like a second sister to me. One of her best qualities: Remington is hilarious! She steals the show with her humor and wit, which always has me laughing until I am in tears. Every event and occasion automatically becomes more fun when she is around; people are drawn to her fun and bubbly personality. It's safe to say you can catch me and Remi sitting by each other at every family holiday laughing at our inside jokes and memories.

Hannah Boxerman

Bridesmaid

How we met: Hannah and I met at the University of Arizona and are Alpha Phi sisters! We have always had so much in common, but our relationship really strengthened when she moved to Orange County and I moved back home to Newport a few years ago. It's been amazing having her in the same city and doing our favorite things together like weekly hot yoga! One of her best qualities: Hannah is an extremely thoughtful and giving friend! She is always one of the first people to check in and is constantly so excited to celebrate the small and big events in life with me. Friendship is a priority in her life and it genuinely shows by her actions and how much she cares about her friends.

Kaley Routson

Bridesmaid

How we met: Kaley is another U of A fellow Alpha Phi sister! Kaley was dorm roommates with Chloe so we all lived very close to each other our freshman year and continued to bond throughout college! Kaley and I both lived in Scottsdale after college so we were able to spend time together frequently. One of her best qualities: Kaley is an extremely dedicated friend and is always there to support her loved ones no matter how busy life can get. Kaley graduated from medical school and just moved to Florida to complete her residency. This girl can truly do it all, but it's no secret that friendships are always a high priority on her list. I can count on Kaley to consistently check in or travel to be there for big life events - and she does it all with such grace and poise. I've always looked up to Kaley for being a woman of many talents and I am so thankful for our friendship!

Megan Law

Bridesmaid

How we met: Another U of A Alpha Phi sister! Megan and I met within the first few weeks of freshman year and formed a tight knit friendship from the beginning. After college, I lived in Scottsdale for a few years and Megan lived just down the road from me! One of her best qualities: Megan has the sweetest heart and truly does not have a mean bone in her body! She makes others feel important and special with her actions and thoughtfulness. Some of my all time favorite memories from college are with Megan at the core; we created such a sacred bond during our years in Tucson together. Megan is currently an OTD student and still makes friendship a priority in her life. She is the first to put others before herself and is extremely easy going!

Jordan Egan

Bridesmaid

How we met: Jordan is Colby's older sister! We met on my first trip back to Colby's hometown in Phoenix to attend a wedding. Her now-husband CJ was also in town that weekend, so the 4 of us got to hang out and get to know each other. One of her best qualities: Jordan is very family oriented and cares deeply about anyone she considers family. From the moment I met Jordan, she has always made me feel welcomed and valued! Jordan and her husband CJ live just about an hour south of us in Cardiff, so it's been nice having more family close by. I am so blessed to call her my future sister in law!

Justin DiRe

Best Man

How we met: Dirrs and I met in college at the University of Wyoming through the football program. At the time Dirrs was 300 hundred pounds and had hair down to his shoulders. We quickly became good friends and junior year moved into the same house where we shared the basement together. One of his best qualities: Dirrs is a loyal friend who is consistently there to support and help when he can. You can always count on him to be there with a smile on his face. It also helps that he’s 6’7” - which makes for an easy target when locating the group in a crowded area.

Trevor Stone

Groomsman

How we met: Trevor and I grew up 3 houses away from each other in Phoenix. Trevor is the middle child of 3 boys all around the same age, so we grew up playing countless yard games. I can remember the hot Phoenix summers in his front yard playing wiffleball until we had to jump in the pool and switch to dibble dabble (pool game). One of his best qualities: In my totally unbiased opinion, Trevor is the funniest of his 3 brothers. He has a way with wit and holds an endless supply of sharp responses. Trevor also has the memory of an elephant which has been a helpful quality throughout our years of friendship.

Connor McClain

Groomsman

How we met: I met Connor in grade school, but we grew closer in the 7th-8th grade when we started playing football together. We quickly became inseparable throughout high school with countless questionable decisions. One of his best qualities: Connor can light up any party or social gathering. He is a storyteller through and through, able to make his audience see a vivid image of what he is explaining. If you see him ask about the time we installed a PA system in his Ford Bronco so we could yell at pedestrians walking by his car. You can always count on Connor to bring the energy and have a good time.

Ryan Boyle

Groomsman

How we met: RB is one of my longest childhood friends. We grew up playing little league baseball together and went to the elementary, middle, and high school. Despite the odds, we stayed extremely close after high school and even became roommates once we graduated college. One of his best qualities: We have keenly similar interests - golf, watching sports, and having a few beers. One of RB’s best qualities is his reliability; he always shows up and comes through when it’s important. Another valuable quality is his ability to shred on the guitar. If enough people ask him, maybe we can have a special guest performance during the cocktail hour.

Patrick Schrimsher

Groomsman

How we met: When we were 12 years old, our dads put us on a pop warner football team called the Buckeyes. Pat and I bonded through sports growing up and eventually ended up at the same high school. One of his best qualities: My friendship with Pat is one that is not contingent upon time or distance; we always start where we left off. Time doesn’t change our friendship and it’s always easy to call Pat and check in. He is also a good accountability partner when it comes to the gym - you can usually find him in the garage with his dad pumping iron. When you see him at the Saturday pool party, be sure to ask him a few tips.

Dack Lambert

Groomsman

How we met: Dack and I met at the University of Wyoming while we were playing on the football team. Our friendship grew stronger when we both graduated and simultaneously moved to Phoenix. One of his best qualities: You can always count on Dack to show up to events with fireworks. Whether it’s a tailgate or hunting trip, he knows how to light up the party with a few explosives. I can only imagine the dynamite he will locate during his trip down to Mexico.

Jake Maulhardt

Groomsman

How we met: Jake played receiver at Wyoming and, although 3 years a part, we quickly became close friends through mutual interests. Later in college we were roommates, a season wherein he started dating his now wife, Kaitlyn. One of his best qualities: Jake has always been a good rule follower, which is probably why he makes an excellent police officer. When I coerce him into making questionable decisions, he ensures we don’t take anything too far...well, that is the cover story, anyway.

Bucky O’Connell

Groomsman

How we met: I met Bucky in the 2nd grade when the O’Connell’s moved in two doors down from my parents’ house in Phoenix. We quickly became inseparable and spent countless hours playing catch in our front yards. One of his best qualities: One of Buck’s best qualities is his ability to listen to others. When it comes to catching up, he demonstrates a profound selflessness, always wanting to hear how the other person is doing before mentioning himself. He’s also the best conversation starter of all time. If I leave him in a room of strangers he’ll walk out with a new group of best friends.

Devon Speth

Groomsman

How we met: Devon’s last name is Speth, so you can imagine he is Konner’s older brother. I’ve been lucky to get to know Devon over the years, as we both live in Orange County. I'm blessed to say that I've not only gained a wife in Konner, but a brother in Devon. One of his best qualities: Devon knows a lot about everything, so I find myself learning unique facts. He also is a fantastic older brother to Konner and Karson. If you put a beer in his hand it will go one of two ways: he will either be reciting some facts about history or dancing with his shirt unbuttoned. Should be an eventful reception.

John Frei

Officiant

How we met: John and his family are best family friends with the Speth's. The Speth's and Frei's have amazing memories from family vacations, get togethers, and instrumental life events. Colby was introduced to John and his family soon after we began dating and they quickly became close. John is a mentor figure to both Colby and Konner in so many areas of life - faith, marriage, friendship, and, of course, all things Dallas Cowboys. One of his best qualities: His humor! John Frei is always the first to crack a joke or pull a prank on someone. However, he is VERY serious when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys. Football season gets the whole neighborhood excited about the Cowboys because John's love for the team is truly infectious!
