Can I bring a guest?

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones at this time. We thank you for understanding that we would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family!

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love all your children, this will be an adult only event. The only exception will be the children in our wedding party. We hope you can take this opportunity to have a fun night out!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see your family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal/cocktail dress code for the evening. No jeans or shorts please! Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and please share them with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the venue and cars can stay overnight. However, if you choose to leave your car overnight, it will need to be picked up by 9am the next morning. If you are choosing to stay at the hotel room block, there will be shuttles to the ceremony and back to the hotel later in the evening. Please also take advantage of Uber, Lyft, etc.!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Detroit is a busy city! The night of the wedding there are multiple popular concerts. Please plan ahead. The next day is also the Michigan/Michigan State football game. Friends and family plan on staying downtown to watch - so please reach out to join! Go Blue!
