Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid
Did you see that ridiculously huge pyramid as you flew into Memphis? Did you know it was a Bass Pro?! We recommend exploring the store, and trying the sweet potato tots at Wahlburgers Wild, before taking the elevator ride up to the Lookout for some breathtaking views of the city.
Beale Street
Because if you're gonna be in Memphis, you gotta walk on Beale! There's usually some sort of live music being played somewhere, and if not, you could always go dance on the bar at Coyote Ugly!
The Peabody Memphis
The ducks march daily at 11am and 5pm! Even if you're not able to make it for the march, we recommend visiting the ducks in the fountain. They also offer 1-hour long tours with the Duckmaster if you're interested in the history of the hotel.
Ikura Japanese Cuisine
If you're in the mood for Sushi, this is the place to go! Jill loves the Caterpillar roll, and Kody recommends anything with Shrimp Tempura.
Skinny J's Paragould
Great place for burgers, and brunch is available Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 2pm! It also happens to be located in downtown Paragould, where we took half of our engagement pictures, so we may be a bit biased.
Oinky's Barbecue
According to Dad, this is the barbecue place that John goes to when he doesn't feel like cookin his own...and if you've ever tasted John's ribs, you know that's sayin a lot!
