Hotel
This hotel is approximately 15 minutes from our reception venue. If you use our discount code, you will receive a discounted nightly rate of $179.00. Their website will not honor the discount code, therefore, please call the hotel directly if you would like to make a reservation. We do not have a "room block" but they will honor the discounted rate as long as there is availability, even if you call the day before. We highly recommend booking sooner than later since it is a holiday weekend! Check-in is at 3pm (early check-in may be available - please call ahead) and check-out is 12pm the following day. A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay. Breakfast is available in the lobby 7am - 10am.

Shuttle

We booked a shuttle (big yellow school bus) to transport guests from the Hotel to Indian Ridge and back to the Hotel. The shuttle is scheduled to leave the hotel around 4:15pm to arrive at Indian Ridge around 4:30/4:45pm for cocktail hour beginning at 5pm. The shuttle will be staying on the venue property during the reception. If anyone wants to go back to the hotel early, the shuttle is willing to take you back at any time. Otherwise, we have the shuttle scheduled to leave the venue and bring guests back to the hotel around 10:30pm. Please let us know if you have any questions!
