Tarang was Eric's first new friend when he moved to NYC. A fellow Canadian transplant/gentrifier (aren't we all?), Tarang and Eric love exploring and eating their way around the city they both now call home.

Nicole and Monica met Freshman Year in HS. Monica was convinced (and still is) that Nicole is Polish and started a conversation. Their friendship blossomed more in College.

Shak and Eric met on move-in day, freshman year at UofT, where they were neighbors. Thirteen years, two cities, and countless trips around the world later, their friendship is as strong as ever despite the bitter Leafs vs Habs rivalry that occasionally divides them.

Victoria and Monica were paired up as Ballroom Dance partners in HS. They waltzed and tangoed their way to a friendship.

Agata is Monica's Goddaughter. Monica was a Junior Bridesmaid at Agata's Mother's Wedding so we’ve come full circle.

Gracie Lou is the smallest and sweetest member of the Bride Tribe. Monica showers Gracie with sometimes too much love and affection.

Aggie is Monica's older sister. She was her skate Momma back when Monica was a competitive figure skater. She drove her to all her practices and competitions. Everyone thought she was a very young mother.

Evelynn

Best Sister

Evelynn is Monica's older sister. They used to spend all summer playing together in the garden and would twin it with their matching outfits. Evelyn would play school with Monica and taught her how to read. She'd also occasionally "help" write her book reports in grade school.

Daniel

Daniel is Eric's younger brother. Eric (assistant) coached Daniel's house league hockey team to a championship one year, which was pretty cool.

Eric's younger brother-from-another-mother. They've been friends since Edward was born. He recently joined our ranks of Canadian expats/gentrifiers living in the US when he moved to Las Vegas.

Momin and Eric became fast friends after a summer of partying their way around Berlin in 2014, and he was Eric's roommate/older brother in Toronto after graduating from UofT.

Chris and Eric have been close friends since freshman year at UofT, and is also a good Mississauga boy! Nothing cements a lifelong friendship more than hockey, beer, and the shared trauma of being Leafs fans.
