Where is the ceremony/ reception taking place?

What time should we be there?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m on October 14th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to grab a seat and start mingling.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite dance attire! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Will parking be available?
Answer
Yes! Free parking is available surrounding the venue. Just follow the signs and our parking attendants!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Will there be food and drinks served?
Answer
Of course! We will have dinner at the reception, as well as cake, a few dessert carts, and a coffee bar. We want you to leave our wedding stuffed.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love ALL of your children. Just RSVP their names and bring them along to the ceremony and reception. There will be fun for all ages!

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by September 9th using our website: www.zola.com/wedding/kobayashiwadawedding/rsvp or through the QR Code on the back of our invitation cards that came in the mail.
