We formally met through a mutual friend, although our lives intersected a few times previously without us knowing at the time. We started our relationship by bonding over Taylor Swift's 1989 album on the way to many dates of rock climbing and breakfast for dinner, and have only added more adventures since. Almost five years later, we've decided to make it official! Alex proposed at home in a very unexpected way and of course had T-Swift playing in the background.
