Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've only allowed plus 1's for guests who are living with their significant other. Please refrain from bringing a guest un-named on the invitation as we have a strict head count limit. If you wish to inquire about bringing a guest, please reach out to us directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we both love kids, we are only allowing children who are in the wedding party. We hope you'll be able to make arrangements for your children if you are able to come, but we understand if you cannot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Dinner will be a buffet; however, if you have special dietary restrictions you can reach out to us directly prior to the RSVP deadline and we'd be happy to accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. We recommend arriving on site no later than 2:30pm-2:45pm so that you can comfortably make your way to the ceremony site. If you arrive after 3:00pm, please refrain from attending the ceremony and make your way to the reception hall for cocktail hour (we understand things happen!).

Answer

We're only registered on our wedding website, Zola.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the reception, as well as the ceremony site. It's ~5 minute drive from the reception site to the ceremony site parking. The ceremony parking site is just down the hill from the ceremony site (~5 minute walk). If you are not able to walk from the ceremony parking location to the site, you may be dropped off at the ceremony site. An attendee as well as road signs will be on site as well to help direct guests to the appropriate locations. If you are utilizing a car service and will only be dropped off and picked up, please be sure to plan ahead to ride share to the reception site, if needed. If you have any issues, please contact the Bride or Groom.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony (pending day of weather) will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Cocktail hour will be held on the brick patio, although guests should also have access to the reception hall. The reception will be held indoors, with access to the outdoor fire pit and patio.

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. PLEASE NOTE: Pending day-of weather, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
