We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Bright colors and bold patterns are encouraged! Men are recommended to wear a suit or tuxedo. Dress pants and a sports coat are also acceptable! Women are recommended to wear a full length dress, a cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Please do not wear shorts, denim, or sneakers. Please avoid shades of white, as white is reserved for the bride.
We have decided to keep the event adults-only, with the exception of our flower girls. While we adore your children, we want you to be able to fully enjoy yourselves (and the open bar) without any worries. Thank you for your understanding!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation and in the RSVP section of our website. We are fortunate to have so many friends, family, and loved ones we want to include in our big day - but it does limit our guest list. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

We would love for you to arrive by 3:30 to enjoy a pre-ceremony beverage so we are able to start the ceremony right on time! The ceremony will begin at 4:00.
There are two meal options - the Dual Entree and the Vegetarian Entree. The Dual Entree features small portions of both chicken and beef. The Chicken, "Chicken Ashcombe," is a chicken breast stuffed with Cornbread, Andouille Sausage, Granny Smith Apples, and Pecans. The beef portion is a Flank Steak covered in a compound butter. This entree will also be served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and Caramelized Maple Bourbon Carrots and Shallots. The Vegetarian Entree will feature a Mushroom and Quinoa Meatless Meatloaf. This consists of Yucca Mash, Brown Butter Haricot Vert, Lemon Rosemary Aioli, and Frizzled Brussel Sprout Petals. (V) If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us as soon as possible.
YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you -- get ready to party! If you are not planning on using the provided transportation to and from the hotel, please make sure you make arrangements to get home safely using a ride share service or a designated driver!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all indoors. However, there are many beautiful outdoor spaces/areas for you to explore if you want to get some fresh air! The entire property is open to walk around.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are put away and silenced. We want you to be full present with us and we want our photographers/videographers to be able to capture everything the best they can! However, there WILL be a designated moment at the end of the ceremony when the Celebrant tells you to take out your phone to capture a picture of the new Mr and Mrs :) Once the ceremony is over - feel free to take all the photos/videos you like!
The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion has a very large, paved parking lot connected to the venue!
