Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

While we love and adore your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of a select few children. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us! Thank you for your understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1, 2024 for those listed on your invitation envelope to ensure we have an accurate guest count! Please RSVP through the tab above! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take photos with my phone?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! This means we require that your phones remain off and put away during the ceremony to let our photographer capture our special day! We promise to share our professional photos following the wedding day. Just relax and enjoy being in the moment with us! Please feel free to take as many photos as you would like during the dinner and reception hours!

Can I share photos of your big day on social media?

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until Erin and Jacob have had the chance to do so!

We are registered right here on Zola, Amazon, and Target! Check out our registry tab above, which includes all of the registries in one place!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies this means you can wear a floor length dress or a cocktail dress/midi dress. Gentlement can wear a suit and tie, a suit with no tie, or slacks and button down shirt with tie. Please no jeans or sneakers, and of course no wearing white/ivory/cream as they are reserved for the Bride! Wedding party will be in sage green for the ladies and grey suits for the men if you do not want to match.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are limiting plus ones to keep our wedding an intimate affair surrounded by our loved ones! Your RSVP page will have you and your plus one listed if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

A time for the ceremony is given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour in the Kyle House main room.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Parking is available along E Main St and S Church St in Fincastle! Additional parking is available two blocks up at the Botetourt County Court House! Please leave spaces closest to the venue entrance for those needing accessibility accomodations! There will be cones to mark them off.

I have a food allergy, what will be available?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or preference (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc) we do not know about, please reach out! I can send you the menu and let you know what foods you will be able to enjoy at the reception!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have money allocated to the bar starting at cocktail hour that will include beer, wine, sangria, and champagne punch on us until it we reach the allocated amount. Any desired liquor or mixed drinks will be the guest's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding!
