Me and billy met in my 8th grade class and his 7th grade class (Cause he’s a year behind me) a class called life skills. We stared at each other for a while but never talked until one day the teacher paired us as partners, we talked a little but not much but never stopped staring and smiling at each other then this kid in Billy’s grade comes up to us and starts talking asked if he could hold my hand I said no I only let people hold my hand that I want to hold my hand so as the bell rings and we are headed for the door Billy said can I hold your hand I smiled and said maybe. And the rest is history later that day he asked me to be his girlfriend out by the busses to go home and we never left each other’s side. He is always my biggest fan in the beauty pageants And watched all my competition in 4H and came to all my sporting events. since then we turned 18 moved in together and moved to Tennessee for college spent a year there and came home and billy went to college now we both have a good careers and working on getting a home to share a family with. We are true middle school sweethearts

Our first date wasn’t just us (we were 14 and 13) we went to zoombezi bay in Columbus Ohio with Billy’s family I remember the night before and that day like it was yesterday. The night before I was so nervous I went through all my swim suits trying to find the best one that didn’t make me look bad. Not to mention I still had not met any of his family yet, and I was meeting his mom and 2 sisters for the first time I was freaking out. So the morning of my grandparents took me there (I couldn’t drive yet) and I met Billy’s family at the gate and not to mention billy refused to let his mom pay for me and him to get in he said he wanted to pay for it so he sold his play station the week before coming and saved his money from other things, even though his mom offered to pay he refused. So we get into the park and me and billy go off on our own to the wave pool (where I almost drowned) and lost my sunglasses I was so upset and billy says don’t worry Ill find them so he goes searching (we never found them). But we had an amazing day and went home to his house we’re my parents picked me up.

We lived in Tennessee at the time but came up to Ohio to visit family for Christmas. As we’re leaving Tennessee we were already running late and I was aggravated and we get on the road and he says I got to turn around I forgot something. So I got so mad I was like oh my god billy you should of been better packed and prepared. (Little did I know it was the ring he forgot). So we get to my grandparents on Christmas Eve for a Christmas Eve party and after we eat and the Christmas games are played and over he takes my brother up stairs i thought it was weird but I blew it off. Then he gave my phone to my brother and they were being strange so I thought they were about to do something to me (cause they play pranks a lot) and billy says Klarissa come here real quick, I said no what’s going on your going to do something to me and I get up and he goes to one knee and purposes in front of my family. I said yes and was completely shocked considering he has had the ring for 2 years so I was not expecting it, but I was so happy and started making plans immediately.
