Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes, but please be mindful of them during the ceremony and reception that they are well behaved.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes the ceremony is at a family property and will be outside. Seating will be limited. The reception is downtown under the covered Watermelon Thump pavilion. Check the website for addresses and times.

Are phones or photos allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be limited photo opportunities during the reception for photos. Our Officiant and coordinator will let you know when to put your phones up.

How is the parking at both the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking at the ceremony is first come first serve. The more on time you are, the shorter you will walk. Parking at the reception has plenty of close parking.

Where is the gift registry?

Our website has a link to our Honeymoon Fund. We also will have QR codes at the reception on each table for any generous donation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The ceremony is a rustic outdoor wedding. You my have to walk some at the ranch. Cowboy boots are encouraged, but dress your best!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes there is an open bar from 5-11pm. We’ll have beer, mixed drinks, and wine. Please drink what we have provided while inside the pavilion during the reception. Keep outside drinks outside the pavilion.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes we will serve food between 4-6pm. We’ll have brisket, chicken, and sausage with rice, beans, and potato salad. This is first come first serve, please only take what you will eat during the reception. If there’s food left at the end of the night you can take to-go plates.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 2: Arrive about 120-145pm. Parking will be limited. The reception starts at 4: After the ceremony the bride and groom will take photos at the ranch. All guests will be asked to travel to the Watermelon Thump pavilion at this time.
