Kayla and Joseph met at work in the military. Kayla was working in the armory (she arms up the flights with weapons to go to work) and Joseph was working on flight (worked the gates and on patrol). Joseph had just gotten back from a deployment and was on flight arming up to go to work and Kayla just so happened to be the armorer for his flight. Kayla heard about his deployment and asked if Joseph deployed with her friend. He had! They started talking about their mutual friend and just hit it off. Kayla asked Joseph to send him a funny picture he had of their friend and they never stopped talking. It was love at first sight!
