Question

Do I have to stay at your resort?

Answer

Yes! Guests must stay at our resort and book from the link under the "Travel" tab in order to attend any of our events.

Is there a minimum nights stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes, 3 nights.

Question

Can I stay longer?

Answer

Of course! You can leverage our group rate from November 25, 2025 to December 2, 2025. Please book your rooms through the provided link under the "Travel" tab by May 15, 2025.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 12:00 PM. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day on the day of check-in and check-out with access to restaurants and amenities at the resort. Bags will be secured and stored with staff when you don't have access to your room.

How do I get to/from the airport and resort?

Answer

We will have your flight information. A shuttle service will be provided for all guests based on individual arrival/departure times. This service is free of charge for all of our guests.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, celebrating with us is in Cancun is the greatest gift of all— physical gifts are absolutely not necessary!

Are food and drinks included in my stay?

Answer

Yes, this is an All-Inclusive Resort, so breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are all included in your stay! Vegetarian options are available.
