Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We don't have any hotels blocked off but there are multiple options in Rawlins and two hotels in Saratoga if you choose to stay in a hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes. Please let us know of any allergies so we can make sure you have some sort of option if need be.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking for everyone. Feel free to carpool together if you need to.

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome if you want to bring them, we just ask that if they come to the Ceremony to please walk out quietly if they begin to cry or scream. Thank you
