Planning a wedding is a funny sort of thing. From the beginning we really imagined a day for our loved ones to be in the same place, at the same time, meeting eachother and enjoying eachother's company. And then little by little, the silliness ensues. A beautiful dress. A dashing custom suit. Decisions about flowers and music and schedules. A revisiting and reemphasizing the desire to repurpose and rediscover resources so as to not create waste. As we enter the countdown window of days, rather than weeks, we find ourselves excited by the not knowing. Who will arrive? What will we do? How will it look? What adventures will we create? And we find gratitude and peace in the knowing -- we love eachother, the weather will be perfect, and we will enjoy a weekend with loved ones. There will be much smiling and laughter and all will be as it needs to be. Can’t wait to see you… October 9th or whenever our paths cross. For then, we will celebrate!

Our wish is to bring our friends and family together for a weekend of laughter and good times. All of you are so special to us and we're really looking forward to a time to put aside the craziness of the outside world and just enjoy the company of the ones we love. This will be very much a create your own adventure and come as you are weekend. We are intending to make this as waste free as possible. We're not purchasing new items for decorations, but looking to repurpose and revisit previously loved items. So we'll be creating experiences and activities as opportunities arise. More than anything, we really want for you to join us. If there's anything we can do to help with that, please let us know. It's our hope that at this incredible venue, throughout the weekend, everyone will find their happy place. Please come and make yourself at home. Explore the grounds and make new friends. It is for you as much as it is for us. Can't wait to see you and looking forward to long missed hugs.

We will have an oferenda honoring our loved ones who have passed on. We will invite those spirits to join us by placing photos, cherished items, and favorite foods on an alter. If you feel moved to do so, we invite you to bring any special items to share.
