Please let us know your decision by August 16th.  All catering arrangements have to be finalized by then.  If you do not respond by AUGUST 16th, we will have to assume you are not able to attend and we will not be able to provide a meal for you.  Unfortunately, since the venue caps the number of guests we cannot accommodate "plus ones" except as specified on your invitation.  We appreciate your understanding and look forward to meeting your friend another time.
