When should I RSVP by?

Please respond for you and any invitee's listed on the invitation on or before July 12th. If we don't get your response by then, we will miss you!

HOTEL EARL OF CHARLEVOIX or WEATHERVANE TERRACE INN & SUITES Please see the travel section on this website for more information. Feel free to make other arrangements if needed. You are welcome to stay elsewhere and head to these hotels to make use of the complimentary shuttles.

If you chose to stay at one of our preferred hotels there will be complimentary shuttles to take you to and from our wedding. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for shuttle schedule information.

Welcome Party: Garden Party Attire Pastel colors and floral prints encouraged Women: Dresses of any length Men: Linen/chino shorts, short sleeve button-downs or polos Please check out the "Schedule" section for further suggestions.

What time should you arrive for Our Ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45, there will be ushers to seat you. We have a prompt Ceremony start at 5:00 PM. If you miss seating the window, ushers will hold you in the parking lot as to not disrupt the ceremony. Please ensure you give yourself time to arrive promptly. If you are held, please be patience and join us for Our Cocktail Hour as soon as Our Ceremony concludes. Shuttle information can be found under the "Travel" section of our website.

Is there a dress code for our Wedding?

Please, no white (; Garden Formal Attire- let's get dressed up! Pastel colors and floral prints encouraged Women: Floor-length dresses Men: Suits of any color (no tux's & if you're wearing a black suit- please no black tie) Shoes: Please note that Our Ceremony and Our Cocktail Hour will be located in our private courtyard. Keep that in mind when selecting your shoes- this portion of the evening will be on grass.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guests name or "plus one" will be listed on your invitation or on the "RSVP" section of our website. We would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with our close friends and family. Due to vendor constraints, please only RSVP for those listed.

Are kids welcome?

We LOVE kids! However, this is an adults only event- we encourage you to use this as a night out for yourself!

How should I get there?
Answer
There will be complimentary shuttles departing from HOTEL EARL OF CHARLEVOIX or WEATHERVANE TERRACE INN & SUITES. You are also welcome to drive yourself. There will be a private parking lot with signage to direct you.

Can I take photos?
Answer
Please, no photography at our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer there to capture the moment for everyone! We welcome you to enjoy our unplugged ceremony- we will be sharing the photos from our amazing photographers as soon as we get them. Once the ceremony concludes- feel free to take all the pictures you like!

At Our Welcome Party, Our Cocktail Hour and Our Reception- the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you... so get ready to celebrate!
