Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For hotel guests, transportation to and from the venue will be provided via DuVall Bus Service. The bus will arrive at 3:45 PM and be departing for French Creek promptly at 4:00 PM. ***UPDATE: In addition to the bus, a 14-passenger shuttle with Hello Limo will be leaving the hotel at 4:10PM. Please keep in mind that seating on the second shuttle is limited***

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We request that guests arrive and are seated by 4:45pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Is there a block of rooms availabe?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester (720 Eagleview Boulevard East, Exton, PA 19341) . Please see our travel page for further details and a link for booking.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at French Creek Golf Club for anyone who wishes to drive to/from the wedding. However, shuttles are provided to and from the hotel.

Are there any accomodations for individuals with mobility concerns?

Answer

Assuming the weather allows, the ceremony will be outdoors. If entering the venue through the event entrance, there are stairs outside leading to the ceremony area. For anyone with mobility or endurance concerns, French Creek will assist guests to and from the ceremony area via a very short golf cart ride. In the event of rain, the indoor ceremony space can be entered from the parking area without the need for steps. The reception and cocktail hour are both handicap accessible. **Please contact us with any specific concerns/questions that we may have failed to address**

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, just outside the cocktail/reception area. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors in the historic barn (also next to the reception/cocktail area)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children beyond our ring bearers and flower girls.
