What is the dress code?

This event is black-tie optional. We kindly request formal attire, with a preference for all-black or blue suits.

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to host a 21+ celebration. We hope this allows you to relax and enjoy the evening!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have carefully selected our guest list and are only able to extend plus-ones to those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding! If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see their name or 'and Guest' on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony: We are asking guests to be at St. John Cantius seated by 1:30PM CT Cocktail Hour: Doors will open to place any items in our private room by 4:15PM CT. Guests can also enjoy the Drake hotel restaurants, shopping, and bars prior to the event starting at 5PM CT.

Is there parking available?

Answer

St. John Cantius: free parking directly across the street. The Drake: Non-overnight event parking is $35 until 2AM. Overnight is $75 Full Valet. Cheaper Parking Options: $54 overnight self-park in Bloomingdales Building $35-50 overnight Spot Hero in surrounding lots

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a full open bar Cocktail Hour from 5-6PM followed by beer and wine served during dinner. Then a re-opening of the full open bar from 8-11PM.
