Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and caterer in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP’s due to this. Thank you for understanding! Please RSVP by 5/4/2024.

Can I bring a date/kids?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! We do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity and our budget, so we can only accommodate those listed on your specific envelope.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm. We do request that everyone arrive by 4:45pm. If you are late and the ceremony has started you will be asked to watch from the pavilion; this is to prevent distractions from the wedding party, photographers and present guests.

Can we take pictures + videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos+videos throughout the course of the reception! This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day. We want you to be able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want to see you dress to impress! Please let jeans be your last resort for clothing! This is not any ordinary day for us and we’d like for our guests to not dress like it is. Our wedding is in Spring, so we would like for guest to wear pastels. We hope this gives you an abundance of options to select from when picking your attire!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have multiple food options with a grazing table and reception dinner. We want to be considerate of all, so please let us know if you have a food allergy!

Parking and Transportation

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at the venue. We will have limited parking for handicap accessible, and request no one park there unless told otherwise. If you need closer parking due to genuine medical reasons please reach out. There will be no transportation provided to the venue from where you are staying. If you have flown in and do not have a vehicle reach out and we will find you a ride!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have our wedding shower information posted and you will receive an invitation in the mail with more details.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can find our registry here on Zola! We do ask that if you purchase something please make sure it shows that on the registry to prevent unwanted duplicates. Thank you
