Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both ceremony and reception are at Buckley Vineyards in Ellijay, GA.

Are there hotels nearby? Where should I stay?

Answer

Ellijay and the surrounding areas have a ton of great cabins and rental homes on Airbnb and VRBO! We recommend checking out those sites sooner rather than later to secure your stay for the weekend :)

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking for everyone at the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be located between the covered outdoor area and the indoor tasting room area of the winery.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire. Earth tone fall colors are preferred :) Keep in mind it does get a little chilly in the mountains in the evening, so bring a light jacket! The ground in the ceremony area is a loose pebble/rock, so note that when choosing shoes!

We can’t wait to celebrate with our family and close friends! All guests and plus ones will be listed on your invitation.

Our ceremony and reception will be adults only. We want you to enjoy your night out :)

We will be having cocktail hour appetizers and BBQ for the main course.

Yes, there will be an open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and seltzers to choose from.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 6:15 and head to the outdoor sitting area to the right of the tasting room for the ceremony.
