What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 2:30. Please make sure you are there either before or promptly at that time.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is black tie/formal.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We have provided RMA buses to transport people who would not like to drive or use Uber. The buses will travel between the Omni hotel and the church and will travel between the Omni hotel and King family vineyard. We will also have taxis at the vineyard at the end of the evening to take you wherever you want to go.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a parking lot outside the church AND in front of the vineyard.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the Omni Hotel or the Residence Inn Charlottesville. We also recommend using Wintergreen resort for a more affordable option since it will not be ski season yet. Another good option is Airbnb! There are lots of lovely Airbnb's in the area!
