We met at Texas Woman's University and were assigned lab partners because of our last names. One of us had a very geeky sense of humor while the other one found the geeky sense of humor very funny! Lectures together became study dates, and study dates became lunch dates. Before we knew it, we had developed a strong friendship and sought each other's company outside of school. As we started to get to know each other's life stories and personalities, we decided to go on 5 first dates to see if we would be compatible as more than just lab partners. On date #3, the "stay at home mandate" was issued and we were no longer able to go on fun dates. The good news was that both of us knew after the first date!
