Due to venue constraints, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
Although we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy yourself and our venue cannot accommodate any extra guests (no matter how small and cute!) We politely request no children.
Semi-formal dress is encouraged. The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, with the option to step out on the rooftop or patio.
Please arrive for 5:00PM. In order to spend as much time possible celebrating with our guests, we have chosen not to do a grand reveal, meaning we will be there to greet you when you arrive and able to share appetizers and drinks with everyone before exchanging our vows. Although the ceremony will not begin right away, we are still eager to see you all and kindly ask that you still arrive for the 5:00PM start of our wedding.
Our venue, the Grant Street Loft, has plenty of parking on-site.
We have a room block at the Spring Hill Suites Chambersburg (please see "Travel" tab for details). Please make sure to book your room by March 4th to receive a discounted rate! Should rooms in the room block no longer be available when you make arrangements, there are multiple other hotels in the Chambersburg area only a few minutes from our venue.
While the majority of our wedding will have a casual feel, we do kindly ask that you refrain from taking pictures (or using your cell phones at all) during the ceremony portion of the evening.
We will be having assorted charcuterie offerings early in the evening followed by a dinner of either beef brisket with mac n’ cheese and green beans, baked chicken and vegetable pot pie, or gnocchi with roasted vegetables (each guest will select their dinner choice when they RSVP).
We do not have a gift registry. Your presence celebrating with us is plenty, but if you would like to give us a gift, we would be overjoyed with a contribution to our travel fund to continue our future adventures together.
