We would absolutely love if our guests dressed up for our big day, think dress to impress. The dress code is semi-formal attire. This means no jeans, sneakers, or any casual wear. For women, this could be a knee-length or midi-length dress, pantsuit, dress pants, or suit. For men, this could be a suit (tie optional), or dress pants and sport jacket.
We have a strict guest list in order to stay within our budget, so we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation, and those shown on your RSVP. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & (guest name)." For families your envelope would list "The (your last name(s)) Family." When you go the RSVP page you will be able to see the exact names of the people you can RSVP for. Thank you for your understanding!
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab, and type one of the names listed on the envelope (any other invited name(s) will pop up). Please RSVP by May 30th, 2024.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. It be marked as a "NO" if we receive no RSVP or a late RSVP. We will need to provide our vendors and venue an exact count by a certain date. While we will be sending out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you have alternative transportation such as Uber), sign the guestbook, and find your seat.
We will be following a very strict timeline, with the ceremony starting promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend guests arrive between 5:15 and 5:30 so there is time to park, find a seat, and mingle before the ceremony begins. If you arrive late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in, or if you will need to wait until after the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception, so hang tight!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we will be kindly asking that all phones and devices are put away, and either turned off or on silent for the duration of the ceremony. Our officiant will announce a time frame at the beginning of the ceremony when all guests will be able to pull out their phones and take pictures/videos of the happy couple. After that time frame has elapsed, we will ask that all phones and cameras are put away, and the ceremony will continue. We have hired professional photographers to capture our special day, and it would be unfortunate for those photos to have phones in the background.
YES, there is an open bar for beer and wine! Any liquor will be available for purchase. Party responsibly, and have fun!
YES! If your RSVP includes "the family," all children are invited. We would love to celebrate our big day with all of our loved ones!
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors at the same venue.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please, unless the chair has a "reserved" sign on it. We are curating a seating chart for the reception to make sure our guests are seated with who they know.
YES! There is a parking lot attached to the venue space that guests will be able to park in.
YES! Located under the "Travel" tab on this website you can find a couple of different hotel options. We will be arranging a small hotel block closer to the wedding, so you can be on the look-out for that.
