What to wear for the ceremony?

Answer

Fall garden party casual/semi formal. Ladies, please no pointy heels. It's a farm field with uneven ground (gopher holes). Pass on flowy short hemlines or anything with high slits, Alberta wind can come out of nowhere sometimes. At the end of the day, we want all of our guests to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. Wear what ya want!

We know its a long trip and we are truly excited for just your presence, not presents. Please, no gifts.

Arriving on Friday?

Answer

Let Justin or Kiara know when you will be arriving that day. We will be at the gun club early that morning to set up, so please feel free to arrive anytime.

What food and drinks will be provided?

Answer

Because there is nothing near by, we will be providing all the food and snacks for Saturday and Sunday. For Friday because people are arriving at different times, there will be light snacks provided. For the reception dinner we will be having a good ole fashioned brisket and cornbread dinner with all the fixin's. (There will be a light meat option.) The weekend is BYOB; we will provide pop, juice, coffee; all you need to provide is your spirits, beer, or wine. Bring enough of the "goods" to last all weekend. Keep in mind Alberta has one tax on liquor! If you have any severe allergies, please shoot Kiara a text at (604) 989-0978

What to wear for the weekend?

Answer

Alberta weather can change on a dime and its best to dress accordingly. Having layers is always the good bet. Nights could be on the cooler side so bring those warm blankets.

We will have a VERY talented photographer and videographer for Saturday, so please no phones during the ceremony.

Where do I Park and set up camp?

Answer

We will be there to greet our out-of-town friends on Friday, and we will point you in the right direction to park and set up camp.

How to get from the gun club to the ceremony site?

Answer

We will be will transporting everyone at 1:30pm and taking everyone back after the ceremony.
