Maid of Honor
Kharis and Katie met while making their way through freshman year taking music classes together at CCU. They eventually worked at On The Border Mexican Restaurant together during their junior and senior year. She is truly an example of a God-given friend and is known to be great company at happy hour. She will be a powerhouse of a maid of honor and we are so excited to have her standing beside Kharis as part of our day!
Caitlin Ball
Bridesmaid
Kharis and Caitlin went to the same college (CCU) but never crossed paths due to their different majors and classes. That all changed when Kharis went to work at On The Border Mexican Restaurant during her junior year. Their friendship was instant and quickly became one full of joy and sweet memories, from fun nights at the bar, to barbells at the gym. She is such a joy and we are so excited to have her standing with Kharis on this special day!
Gavy Sipion
Bridesmaid
Kharis and Gavy met in CCU’s music program and were housemates their junior year. Together with Brandi that year she and Kharis formed a band for one night named Pretty/Good to perform at a CCU Homecoming event and rocked the quad. They connected instantly over their love of music and even served at the same church together for a time following graduation. She is such a joy and we are so excited to have her celebrating with us and standing with Kharis as a bridesmaid!
Brandi Bissey
Bridesmaid
Brandi and Kharis met at CCU and were housemates their junior year. They bonded quickly over their love of music, French press coffee, and travel (both serving short missions in Poland!) Together with Gavy and Kharis, she was also part of Pretty/Good, a band the three formed for one night to perform at a Homecoming event to rock the CCU quad. She is such a joy and we are so excited to have her standing with Kharis on this day.
Martin Froylan Sanchez
Best Man
It was Sophomore Year (2006) at Legacy High School when Blake met Martin in Ms. Lieb's Spanish class. Though Blake hasn’t retained much Spanish since high school, he gained a Best friend! In High School they bonded over music (many after school adventures to guitar center), wearing skinny jeans and “guy liner” to Youth Group, and eating all of the Popcorn and Rice out of each other’s houses. As They grew to be adults Martin and Blake continued to grow a friendship into a brotherhood. Martin was Blake’s first true “Brother from another Mother” We are excited to have Martin along side Blake as the Best Man.
Daniel Franco
Best Man
Blake met Daniel in his early Twenties, while working at Dish Network. What began as a “Hi, I’m the brother of _____” blossomed into a brotherly bond of its own. Blake and Danny first bonded over after work “adventures”, finding the best late night food in Denver and Call of Duty: Black ops! We could not be more delighted to have Danny aside Blake as we embark onto the next chapter of the adventure of life.
Dominic Ruminer
Best Man
Dominic and Blake Met in 2011 while working at IBM in Boulder. What started from a private message between co-workers, turned into “Did we just become best friends??” fairly quickly. They soon blossomed a brotherly bond like no other, bonding over Music, Riding BMX, Cooking and Cars. We are excited to have Dominic as part of our wedding along side Blake on our special day.
