If you have been given a plus one, your invitation will include either your guest's name or a "and guest" notation. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family only. Thank you for understanding!
We do understand that this is a destination for most of our guests and not everyone will be able to make it. If you are 100% sure you will not be able to make, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible or by October 15th due to Disney's strict headcount deadline. The earlier you can RSVP the better :)
Yes, we will have shuttle transportation from the Grand Floridian hotel (ceremony location) and other Disney hotels in the room block to the Epcot reception. We will update with the shuttle meeting time closer to the wedding date. The shuttle will also take everyone back at the end of the night with additional departure times every hour.
There is enough time to go back to your hotel if it is nearby. The Grand Floridian lobby also had many couches where people go to relax and take a break from the parks. Often times of a day there is a pianist playing Disney music.
The ceremony will take place indoors, but the cocktail hour and reception will be outside. I've checked the weather for this date in previous years; we can expect it to be around 74 during the day down to 64 at night.
TBD
If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, the hotels provide shuttle transportation between hotels, parks, and Disney Springs. For other hotels or AirBnB's, Uber is the easiest way to get around. If you plan to visit the parks before or after wedding activities, you can also take Disney transportation from park to park, Disney Springs, and resorts even if you're not staying on property.
Due to limited space, we are only able to invite kids whom we have a close relationship with and are named in the invitation.
