What weather should you expect?
Answer
August in Athens entails rather high temperatures so summer clothes and light fabrics are recommended. Swimwear and all kinds of sun protection items/ accessories are highly recommended as well (sunscreens, hats, sunglasses, etc). There is a slight possibility of light breeze during evening hours, so also bringing a very light outerwear is also advisable.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?

Summer formal and we recommend to bring light outerwear in case it gets a bit chilly later at night. Ladies, thicker heels are advisable since parts of the venue have grass.

Card payments are accepted in majority of the places, however, carrying some cash is recommended for smaller payments and taxis.

Taxis are the easier way to get to the venue and transportation will be provided from some hotels. More details to follow soon. For those you chose to stay in Vouliagmeni area, the venue is a 5-7 mins drive away.
