If you choose to fly to Cebu instead of Manila, you can only take the ferry from Cebu to get to Bohol. Once you land in Mactan-Cebu Airport, take the taxi from the airport to Pier 1. The ferry will take you to Tagbilaran Sea Port. (Note: It's recommended to book the ferry ticket in advance to avoid waiting and to arrive there about an hour early before your ferry departs.) Make sure to bring Philippine Pesos!
