Kevin and I actually met on a dating website called Christian Mingle. I had made a few friends, and I was prepared to delete the app. That is when Kevin messaged me. We started dating around mid March, and then we made it official on April 4th.

On December 25th 2020 I was helping Kevin’s nephews open presents when I was handed a present. It was a box wrapped at least three to four times. In the box was a beautiful rose ornament with the following engraved words: “Will you marry me?” I didn’t read the message at first since everyone was staring at me. Kevin had to ask me, “what does it say?” That was when the water works started up. He proceeded to get down on one knee and say the most touching things. I, of course, said yes. I can’t wait to say “I do” on December 2nd of this year.
