Can we Add a plus one to our invitation

Answer

We would love to invite everyone, however we have to stay within our budget. Invites were extended to the name it was addressed. Thank you

Where can we park?

Answer

The Reception will take place in a residential neighborhood and parking is limited, if you park in the neighborhood, please do not block driveways. Please Car pool if possible or Call Uber. There will be a shuttle taking hotel guests from the hotel to the reception.

Will the Reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes we will be outside under tent.

Question

Is there a deadline to book a hotel room to receive the group Discont?

Answer

Yes, you must book by Aug. 13th to receive the group rate at both Hotels. If you book at the Embassy you must book by July 31st in order to lock in the Complimentary Shuttle, after the 31st the Embassy will charge you for that service. At the Alloy, as long as you book by Aug 13, you will be honored One round trip Complimentary shuttle ride.
