We have 10 rooms reserved at the beautiful National Exchange Hotel, which is where the welcome party will be held on Friday. These rooms are reserved until 5/3/23. To book: Go to www.thenationalexchangehotel.com Click Reserve at the top right corner of your screen Select the special Codes or rates button at the top-center of your screen. Click on promo code and select the down arrow to click on Group Code Enter your unique group code and select the apply button. Select the dates for the event. On the calendar, it will appear similarly to the example shown below with a green dot signifying your booking dates. After selecting the dates, click the Search Button. This will open a new screen showing which rooms are available with and without the promotional code. The group code will be in green with each room option. Note: The rates shown are examples of the hotel rates. The hotel rates are always fluctuating and have no fixed rates. Select your preferred room type by clicking on the book now. This will take you to the next screen to start the payment option. Once you finish the payment section you will have completed making your reservation!
