Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held on-site at The Chateau at Incline Village 955 Fairway Blvd, Incline Village, NV 89451.

When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:40 PM. Late parties will not be permitted entrance.

How is parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue to accommodate everyone.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our loved ones. We will not be extending +1’s at this time. If your partner is invited, their name is included on the Save the Date and Formal Invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Can we take photos on a phone or camera?

Answer

We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture our special day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Please keep in mind that the wedding is taking place during Fall in Tahoe. Please wear layers as it will most likely be chilly! We are planning for the ceremony to be held outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and the reception will be taking place mainly indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. Examples are cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suit & tie. No jeans please! Dress is layers as it may be chilly.

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!
