What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:15 pm for a prompt 3:30 pm ceremony start. The ceremony location is a short walk from the parking lot so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free and there is plenty. Cars can also be left in the parking lot overnight if necessary.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for a shuttle to take guests from Cherry Valley Hotel to Bryn du Mansion for the ceremony and reception. The shuttle will depart promptly at 2:55 pm. The shuttle will also takes guests back to the hotel starting at 9:30 pm and running until 10:15 pm.
