Kevin and Ana met on the night of NYE 2014. Both were visiting friends in LA. Ana had separated from friends while running to the nearest bar to catch the NYE count down, right after the Ball dropped she met the rest of her friends at the bar she was suppose to go, 4100 Bar in Silverlake. Once inside, she bumped into Kevin at the bar. Sparks flew the moment they met eyes. They talked the rest of the night and exchanged numbers. Neither thought they would see each other again. But then Kevin stalked her on Instagram and would even save pictures of her. They remained friends for months until Kevin moved to LA. They started a long distance relationship but weren’t sure it would work out but then Ana was accepted at USC for PT school and they fell in love. The rest is still being written.

One of Ana and Kevin's favorite hikes was hiking to Mt Hollywood Summit but after they moved to the west side of Los Angeles, making the drive out there seemed like an eternity (just under 10 miles) due to traffic. Kevin asked Ana to go hiking at Griffith park on what seemed a random day and Ana was ecstatic. They drove all the way to the park and started their hike. Kevin was hiking particularly slow and Ana just wanted to get to the top. He asked if she wanted to see a succulent garden and so they sat on some chairs to enjoy the view of the garden. They then made it to the top but there were many people at the top and so Kevin had them return to the garden to sit in privacy with the excuse of Covid. They sat on a bench over looking the observatory. Kevin began telling Ana his love and then pulled out a little box that was sitting on his shaking hand. He asked if he needed to get on one knee and Ana had him ‘Bend the Knee’. Back home Kevin had their closest quarantine friends waiting with champagne and pizza for the newly engaged couple. Needless to say Ana was over joyed with happiness.
